Won multiple new business relationships that grew agency revenue and launched new client engagements & partnerships. Developed account team responsibilities shift and training program.

2013 – 2018 (Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, New Business, Ice Breakers, Almond Joy, Whoppers)
Steered fully integrated general & Hispanic market campaigns that made consumers fall back in love with iconic brands like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, including strategic development for the World’s Largest Blind Taste Test. Also, won a couple pitches and re-launched multiple brands for Hershey’s with modern positioning and disruptive creative to regain relevance with younger audiences through creative brand storytelling. Won multiple new business pitches and won organic new business that grew agency revenue.

Led award winning TV, digital & social for scrappy challenger brand Jell-O. Innovative actions like brand hijacking the Super Bowl (by celebrating the fans of the city that LOST the game) made waves and headlines. #FML campaign won Media Plan of the Year.

2011 – 2012 (Coca-Cola)
Managed complex digital & integrated campaign efforts for Coca-Cola, including ushering through a first-of-its-kind 360 degree Super Bowl campaign that brought back Coke’s beloved Polar Bears - both on TV during commercial breaks and by digitally reacting in real-time on second screens.

Led complicated TV, social, OOH, and digital campaigns for Microsoft Windows while driving momentum in a rapidly changing industry. Guided a talented team that willed good work to succeed.

Developed massive digital and integrated global productions for Microsoft campaigns, like the launch of Windows 7 (the largest consumer product release of the year) and the for ‘Real PC’ repositioning campaign, which was the most talked about ad campaign of the year.
